1. Introduction

Welcome to Manifeel (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services available at https://manifeel.app. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under the age of 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Anonymous Use, Profiles, and Data Deletion

You are not required to create a username or password to use Manifeel. To access the app and use certain features, you simply fill out certain basic information to create an anonymous profile. Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your anonymous profile and all associated data at any time. To initiate the permanent deletion of your profile and related data, you can contact our support team by sending an email to info@manifeel.app. Upon confirmation, your profile and all related data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

4. Fees, Purchases, and No-Refund Policy

Paid Features and Subscriptions: Manifeel may offer paid features, digital packages/credits, or automatically renewing subscription models within the app. If you choose to purchase a subscription, payments will be processed on a monthly or annual billing cycle based on your preferred plan, and your subscription will automatically renew each month or year accordingly unless cancelled by you. Our users have the right to cancel their subscriptions at any time. Subscription cancellation and disabling automatic renewal can be managed through your respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) account settings.

In-App Purchases: All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed securely and are subject to those platforms’ respective terms and billing policies.

No Cancellations or Refunds: Since all in-app purchases consist of digital content or services delivered instantly upon purchase, there are no cancellations, modifications, or refunds once a transaction is completed. All sales are final.

Store Policies: In exceptional cases where required by applicable local law, any potential refund request must be directed exclusively to the respective app store platform, Apple or Google, as we do not directly manage store financial transactions or have the authority to issue refunds for them.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and trademarks on Manifeel are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or approved business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services or delete your anonymous profile at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Manifeel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
